PUBLIC-PAGE RESEARCH · CHECKED 7 SEPTEMBER 2026
Answers that separate facts from assumptions.
These answers use PikoBuy’s published pages. Where a result depends on the item, seller, route or destination, the answer says so rather than making a blanket promise.
What does PikoBuy publicly describe itself as?
PikoBuy’s home page describes a China purchasing and forwarding platform. It says users can discover products, have purchases made from sellers, use a China warehouse, and choose international shipping. This site is independent: it does not sell products, take payment or process PikoBuy orders.
Can I submit more than a product URL?
Yes. PikoBuy says users can search directly or submit a product link, image or sourcing request. A link is usually the least ambiguous option. For an image or sourcing request, state the required colour, size, model, quantity and deal-breakers; a picture alone may not identify a precise seller listing.
What should I confirm before paying for a purchasing order?
PikoBuy’s beginner guide says to confirm the item’s specifications, colour and size, then select the specification and quantity before the first payment. Its guide also says prices are subject to the actual purchase and an out-of-stock order is refunded. Save the listing and ask about any unresolved product detail before payment.
Does PikoBuy say it can manage items from different sellers?
Yes. Its home page says it purchases items according to the user’s needs and centrally manages orders from different sources. That does not mean every item can be combined or that every route accepts every product; check the current parcel and route conditions before submitting shipping.
What happens when an item reaches the warehouse?
PikoBuy says arrivals are inspected and repacked at its China warehouse. Its beginner guide specifically describes check-in, photo confirmation and defect checking. The shipping terms additionally say forwarded goods are unpacked and inspected, and that buyers can view inspection photos or buy additional detailed photos.
Do inspection photos guarantee authenticity, function or durability?
No. The published process supports visible checks and photo confirmation, but a warehouse image cannot prove every property of an item. PikoBuy’s shipping terms say professional inspection cannot be provided for special and professional products. Use photos to compare visible details with your order; do not treat them as a universal guarantee.
When must I consider a return?
PikoBuy’s returns page says an eligible return-service request can be made within five days after an order changes to “In Warehouse” (120 hours counted from the next hour after that status). The page also says eligibility depends on the seller’s return offer, resalable condition and warehouse time. Read the live policy immediately after warehouse arrival rather than waiting until you submit a parcel.
Are all products eligible for the published five-day return service?
No. PikoBuy lists exclusions including customised products, second-hand goods, intimate apparel, food and items whose packaging or resale condition does not meet the seller’s requirements. It also says returns can only be made with the seller’s consent. Eligibility must be checked for the specific order.
Who pays return fees?
For a no-fault return, PikoBuy’s published page lists the return-to-seller shipping cost, the seller’s original shipping fee and RMB 5 service fee. It separately describes cases involving seller error or a quality issue. The same page says the final outcome depends on seller consent and the actual situation, so treat the policy as a current rule to verify, not as a guaranteed refund.
How should I estimate international shipping?
Use PikoBuy’s live shipping estimator when you have the destination, product type, weight and parcel dimensions. Those are fields in its public estimator. Its guide says routes can differ in delivery time and billing method, so compare live choices using the same parcel data rather than relying on a fixed cost from a product page or social post.
Does a shipping option remove customs, loss or delay risk?
No. PikoBuy’s shipping terms say parcels are carried by third-party logistics providers and that cross-border risks can include customs policies, damage, loss and peak-season delays. Check local import requirements and current route restrictions. Never misdeclare goods or assume a delivery date that the route has not stated.
When is tracking expected to appear?
PikoBuy’s beginner guide says tracking information will be available within three days after a parcel is shipped. This concerns tracking availability, not the total delivery time. International transit can take longer and may be affected by the route and destination.
Does this site link to other spreadsheet or agent websites?
No. The only external destination used by the database buttons is FindSpreadsheet. The rest of this site is independent research content and internal navigation; it is not an affiliate, reseller or order-processing site for PikoBuy.
